📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define executive role requirements • Source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, industry contacts, LinkedIn Talent Insights, referrals, and other strategies • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates • Develop and implement talent mapping strategies for current and future talent needs • Maintain relationships with external top talent at competitors and targeted companies • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Lead interviews, including initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks • Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders • Communicate recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback • Collaborate with HR, legal, and finance teams on recruitment initiatives • Influence hiring decisions and negotiate offers and compensation packages • Advise senior leaders on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and executive selection best practices • Resolve conflicts and mediate stakeholder discussions • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience • Represent the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to candidates • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics • Provide market intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing senior executives in high-impact roles • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and candidates • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality • Strategic thinking and planning • Advanced sourcing and networking • Candidate assessment and evaluation • Stakeholder management and influencing • Market intelligence and analysis • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
