📋 Description

• Develop and administer staffing, employment, and recruiting programs independently • Work with hiring managers to document job-opening requirements and create requisitions • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting key positions • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers • Source candidates and develop networks and processes to maintain a strong qualified-candidate pipeline • Pre-screen resumes and evaluate electronic candidate evaluation tools • Document candidate evaluations and interview processes • Negotiate or support development of new-hire compensation packages and offers • Ensure employment background checks are conducted • Manage relationships with third-party recruiters • Maintain recruiting systems with required information • Ensure compliance with legal requirements • Compile recruitment-process data and analysis • Undertake projects to improve recruitment activity • Coach more junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Good ‘selling’ qualities and ability to represent Worldwide Clinical Trials as a first-class potential employer • Ability to drive the recruitment process and be assertive with hiring managers • Degree or equivalent plus 4 years related experience • Experience in the Clinical Operations environment is advantageous • Experience in recruitment is advantageous
