📋 Description

• Manage high-volume client billing, invoice processing, and account maintenance to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Reconcile client accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve billing issues and short payments • Partner with Client Services and internal Finance teams to address client inquiries and resolve account discrepancies • Manage client billing setup and updates to ensure accurate invoicing and account records • Support month-end close through accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen internal controls, and improve AR processes and reporting • Maintain thorough documentation and support internal and external audits as needed • Oversee key accounts receivable functions, including client billing, account reconciliations, and resolving complex billing discrepancies • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and support an efficient month-end close

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role • Strong understanding of AR processes, client billing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting • Experience managing high transaction volumes and independently resolving complex account discrepancies • Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system • Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • High level of accuracy, accountability, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude • Position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship
