📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, procurement requests, and proposal submissions • Build and manage proposal workplans, timelines, milestones, and review schedules • Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Strategy, Media, Creative, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership • Partner with Growth and Pitch Leadership to translate pursuit strategy into compelling, tailored proposal narratives • Tailor submissions to each client's business, evaluation criteria, and procurement requirements • Manage third-party consultant and procurement communications throughout the proposal process • Develop, edit, customize, and assemble agency credentials, proposals, executive summaries, capability presentations, and supporting materials • Maintain editorial and quality standards and a consistent premium WPxGS brand experience • Develop new proposal content, differentiators, and reusable messaging with subject matter experts • Own and improve the agency's proposal content library • Serve as primary steward of proposal knowledge within internal AI systems and content repositories • Improve proposal efficiency through organization, templates, and knowledge management • Support Growth Leadership through all phases of the pitch lifecycle, from qualification through final presentation • Coordinate presentation materials, printed assets, leave-behinds, and meeting logistics • Track proposal progress and communicate daily status updates, risks, dependencies, and milestones • Drive contributor accountability and ensure senior leadership reviews occur at appropriate milestones • Improve proposal processes, templates, workflows, and governance • Establish proposal management best practices across the Growth organization • Help onboard and train team members on proposal tools, processes, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in proposal management, new business, agency growth, marketing operations, or related functions within advertising, media, marketing, or consulting • Experience leading complex RFP/RFI responses within advertising, media, marketing, consulting, or technology organizations • Demonstrated success supporting competitive proposal processes and cross-functional pursuit teams • Outstanding written, editing, proofreading, and communication skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience building and maintaining knowledge management systems or content libraries • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, project management platforms, and collaborative work tools • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments • Editorial or technical writing background • Experience supporting consultant-led procurement processes • Experience with proposal automation or knowledge management platforms • Familiarity with AI-powered content management and prompt libraries • Experience within integrated media, creative, or digital marketing agencies
