📋 Description

• Map the current blog-production process from idea to publication, time each step and establish a measurable baseline • Build automated workflows and agents for research and source gathering, briefs and outlines, first drafts, fact and link checks, SEO metadata, CMS formatting and publishing • Maintain a human editing and approval step before content goes live • Encode the company’s brand voice into reusable prompts, style guides and examples • Automate marketing and sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, slide decks and email sequences • Repurpose published posts into on-brand drafts for X, LinkedIn and community channels • Document every workflow and conduct a handoff so the team can operate and adjust the systems after the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building automation, integrations or internal tooling, with at least some experience for marketing, growth or community teams • Hands-on experience building production workflows with LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, including prompt design, structured outputs and evaluating output quality • Proficiency with a workflow platform such as n8n, Make or Zapier • Enough Python or TypeScript to extend beyond no-code tools • Experience connecting social, email, CRM and community platform APIs • Ability to handle authentication, rate limits and failures gracefully • Portfolio of workflows shipped that are still running, with ability to explain the before-and-after • Strong written judgment to assess whether AI output is on-brand • Acts with integrity and seeks responsibility • Demonstrates resilience, resourcefulness and motivation for getting things done • Organized and process-driven • Approaches challenges as opportunities • Curious and regularly challenges personal assumptions • Welcomes feedback and open dialogue • Values team success over personal recognition • Experience building Discord, Telegram or Slack bots (nice to have) • Experience with retrieval over company documents (RAG) for support or FAQ assistants (nice to have) • Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution tools (nice to have) • Background in marketing, content or community (nice to have)
