📋 Description

• Lead transformative modernization and sustainment efforts for mission-critical enterprise systems in the defense and national security sector • Lead projects involving analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, extension, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems • Manage overall contract support operations across multiple projects, groups, and locations • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract support activities • Serve as Project Manager for a large, complex task order or portfolio of related task orders • Coordinate with Government Contracting Officers, Task Order Managers, Government leadership, and customer stakeholders • Oversee day-to-day task order management and technical, operational, cost, schedule, and performance objectives • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule, within budget, and according to contractual requirements • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve execution issues • Ensure communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification, such as PMP or another equivalent recognized certification • Project or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions are required • Substitutes such as training, degrees, or relevant experience may be considered if equivalency to certification is clearly stated • Minimum of seven years of experience managing large, complex IT or consulting programs • Experience leading enterprise programs consisting of 50 or more personnel • Experience managing programs with annual contract values exceeding $10 million • Experience leading application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy or custom-developed applications to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian • Experience overseeing the complete project lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, user adoption, and operational transition • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and collaborating with executive leadership, Government customers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders • Active Secret clearance • SAFe Agile Certification or industry-recognized equivalent preferred
