• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products • Translate customers' stated concerns into actionable technical issues • Provide detailed reporting on cause, root cause, and corrective actions • Collaborate with design, engineering, software, and external partner teams • Diagnose low- and high-voltage electrical systems, controls, and module programming • Apply electrical concepts and use various volt-ohm meters • Use mechanical knowledge of commercial truck systems, motors, and harness systems • Provide professional customer-facing support through onsite interactions, phone, and email • Complete case notes and repair orders and initiate new cases as required • Complete assigned training objectives and certifications • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Proven proficiency with high- and low-voltage electrical systems • Associate's Degree or Vocational Certificate in an automotive service technology-related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience • ASE Certifications are a plus • CDL Class A or B preferred • Proficiency in Google Suite applications • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required • Ability to meet security clearance requirements and comply with applicable pre-employment conditions • Legally eligible for international travel and admissible to Canada for business purposes • Able to obtain and maintain all required travel documentation • Available to travel as business needs require, typically 60–80% of the time including overnight stays, weekends, holidays, and outside standard business hours • Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work under commercial vehicles using personal protective equipment, outdoors and in varying weather conditions
