• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products • Convert customers' stated concerns into actionable technical issues • Produce detailed reports covering causes, root causes, and corrective actions • Drive improved production quality and field-fix development through reporting • Collaborate with design, engineering, software, and external partner teams • Perform low- and high-voltage electrical diagnosis, controls work, and module programming • Apply electrical concepts and use various volt-ohm meters • Service commercial truck mechanical systems, including motors and harness systems • Provide professional customer-facing support in person, by phone, and by email • Complete case notes and repair orders and initiate new cases as required • Complete assigned training objectives and certifications • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Proven proficiency with high- and low-voltage electrical systems • Associate degree or vocational certificate in automotive service technology or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience • ASE certifications are a plus • CDL Class A or B preferred • Proficiency in Google Suite applications • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required • Ability to meet security clearance requirements and comply with applicable pre-employment conditions • Must be legally eligible for international travel and admissible to Canada for business purposes • Able to obtain and maintain required travel documentation • Availability to travel 60–80% of the time, typically including overnight stays, weekends, holidays, and outside standard business hours • Regular cross-border travel to Canada required • Ability to regularly lift over 50 pounds and work under commercial vehicles using personal protective equipment, outdoors and in varying weather conditions
