📋 Description

• Lead investigations into damage and performance issues across buildings, structures, and building envelopes • Manage projects from start to finish • Coordinate with clients • Conduct site visits and collect field data • Analyze data, environmental factors, and material properties to determine cause and extent of distress • Review relevant building codes and regulations • Write comprehensive technical reports with findings and recommendations • Assist in developing repair designs and coordinating across disciplines • Manage project resources and deadlines • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • PE license required • 5+ years of forensic engineering experience required • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Established client network and strong track record of building rapport and maintaining lasting client relationships
