📋 Description

• Determine case eligibility and project scope • Plan for case needs • Create and monitor project schedules to manage deadlines • Coordinate and monitor receipt of records and provision of services • Initiate records requests and searches • Disseminate information between experts and clients • Track case progress • Maintain project records by documenting events and completion status • Work with experts to handle project issues • Interact with internal and external parties • Provide case status and information verbally and in writing • Analyze outcomes, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management • Provide high-quality services to clients • Serve as point of contact for colleagues with case-related questions or issues • Assist with training new Case Analysts and deliver ongoing development sessions • Collaborate on creating and refining SOPs • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in case management, project coordination, legal support, or a related professional services environment • Experience coordinating complex projects, managing competing priorities, and supporting or mentoring team members • High school diploma or equivalent required • Some college coursework or an associate degree preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, NetSuite, Egnyte, or similar case management and document management systems • Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy • Must reside in the United States within the Central Time Zone
