📋 Description

• Coach store behaviors and actions that improve conversion, average dollar sale, and units per transaction • Sell alongside teams during store visits using discovery, storytelling, and customization techniques • Develop Store Experience Leaders and teams into product experts • Build district forecasts, establish priorities, and translate insights into focused actions • Leverage product launches, seasonal moments, community engagement, and customer insights to maximize sales and brand awareness • Develop Store Experience Leaders through coaching, guidance, questions, and accountability • Maintain a strong field presence, spending the majority of time in stores • Attract and retain talent and build leadership teams • Develop Assistant Store Experience Leaders and Store Experience Leaders for future growth • Set expectations, recognize performance, and address performance concerns • Partner with Home Office teams on labor planning, scheduling, visual merchandising, compliance, inventory, shrink control, and store openings • Build partnerships with field peers and cross-functional teams • Share customer, product, and market feedback with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Operations • Simplify processes and improve efficiency to remove performance barriers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive retail experience, ideally within a CPG or consumer brand environment • 5+ years leading multiple retail stores and developing store leaders across a geographic district • Demonstrated success building high-performing selling cultures and driving conversion, average sale, and units per transaction • Coaching-oriented leadership style with guidance, accountability, and continuous feedback • Experience hiring, developing, and making difficult talent decisions • Strong business acumen, including interpreting performance data, forecasting results, and managing labor and expenses • Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority • Passion for the outdoors and the YETI brand • Ability to travel frequently throughout North America, including Canada • Bachelor's degree preferred
