📋 Description

• Assess the current Talent Acquisition organization, processes, and ways of working • Define and execute the roadmap for the next phase of Talent Acquisition • Lead organizational change by building stakeholder alignment, navigating resistance, and driving adoption • Strengthen partnerships across Talent Acquisition, People, hiring managers, and business leaders • Lead, coach, and develop approximately seven recruiting professionals • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders • Evolve proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping • Provide strategic oversight for senior-level, executive, and business-critical searches • Establish recruiting processes, operating rhythms, SLAs, and ownership • Build recruiting metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and capacity planning • Own and optimize the recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS, automation, and AI-enabled tools • Identify recruiting bottlenecks and implement scalable continuous-improvement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience • Significant experience leading and developing recruiting teams in high-growth or evolving organizations • Experience inheriting and transforming an existing recruiting function, operating model, or set of processes • Experience supporting hiring across technical, sales/GTM, and finance or professional services roles • Exposure to senior and executive hiring • Strategic operating and change-agent experience using data and business judgment • Strong recruiting operations and technology expertise • Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS • Understanding of how technology and AI can improve recruiting effectiveness • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship • Ability to work remotely within the United States or from specified U.S. office hubs
