📋 Description

• Source passive candidates from Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, FinTech, and related industries • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Develop innovative sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets • Screen candidates for skills, experience, cultural alignment, and career motivations • Partner with hiring managers on hiring priorities and talent requirements • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance • Represent Paynada and communicate its value proposition to prospective candidates • Monitor industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms • Meet or exceed recruiting performance goals and hiring targets • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Recruiting experience preferably within Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales environments • Proven success sourcing and recruiting outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating roles • Strong understanding of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or related industries • Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and fill positions in competitive markets • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a remote environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related recruiting technologies • Reliable home internet connection and dedicated workspace • Ability to conduct phone and video interviews
