📋 Description

• Develop and execute test cases for mobile and web applications • Test APIs using Postman • Develop test strategies to assure comprehensive quality review of development and platform deliverables • Participate in daily standups and sprint planning to facilitate developer priorities and answer questions about defects • Record detailed test scenarios, data, and application context to reproduce errors for engineering diagnosis and resolution • Reproduce customer-initiated issues and facilitate resolution between developers and customers • Participate in UX and product design meetings to understand product expectations and establish testing strategies • Work in an agile development environment, maintaining user story and task status and t-shirt sizing • Focus on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development • Document test cases and testing strategies in Azure DevOps and Confluence • Communicate on open projects and provide updates to team members and Technology team staff • Report to the Director of Applications

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering role • 3 years of experience testing web applications developed with Vue.js or React.js • 3 years of experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android • Experience developing test plans and test cases • Experience curating test data sets • Experience developing automated test plans • Experience testing web-based APIs • Experience testing i18n localization applications • UX style guide experience for Android and iOS • Extra credit for veterinary practice management software such as Cornerstone, AviMark, or Datapoint • Travel is not required • Learn quickly, be a self-starter, and take direction well • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Must be able to work in front of a computer for long periods • Must be located in and authorized to work in the US • Visa sponsorship is not provided • Must be able to work during regular US business hours • Must regularly participate in remote meetings and calls via Teams
