📋 Description

• Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications • Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices • Establish test governance, processes, and quality metrics • Serve as primary QA point of contact for program leadership and clients • Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms • Validate configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce environments • Review and approve test cases, scripts, and execution results • Lead test automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar • Promote CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines • Evaluate and implement tools to improve QA efficiency and coverage • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to refine requirements • Coordinate UAT efforts with government stakeholders and end users • Communicate testing progress, risks, and defects to leadership • Ensure adherence to federal standards, including Section 508, security, and audit readiness • Maintain test plans, defect logs, and QA reports • Support audit activities and provide traceability across requirements and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation including financial history review • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing • 2-3 years of experience leading QA teams • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
