📋 Description

• Lead mobile supply acquisition and strategic demand integration efforts • Secure direct publisher integrations and demand partnerships across mediation platforms, DSPs, and programmatic ad networks • Prospect, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements with mobile app developers, gaming studios, and global app publishers • Leverage relationships with monetization heads, studio leads, and publishing executives to accelerate deal cycles and contract execution • Lead technical integration strategy across OpenRTB, direct SDK deployments, custom S2S endpoints, and mobile mediation stacks • Establish and scale partnerships integrating demand and bidding solutions into mobile mediation platforms • Identify, negotiate, and onboard mobile DSPs, programmatic buyers, and agency trading desks • Navigate bidder certification and approval processes across mediation networks • Own sales lifecycle and pipeline forecasting, contract structuring, and executive negotiations • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Product to monitor integrations, optimize win/fill rates, and reduce latency • Represent the company at industry events and provide market intelligence on auction dynamics, privacy frameworks, and industry trends to guide product priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mobile AdTech/programmatic, with a track record in mobile app business development, supply acquisition, and demand/mediation partnerships at an SSP, mobile ad network, or programmatic platform • Established, active network of senior decision-makers across mobile app publishers, gaming studios, mediation platforms, and programmatic DSPs • In-depth understanding of OpenRTB protocols, SDK deployment workflows, API integrations, and server-side bidding • Hands-on knowledge of mobile mediation architectures, in-app unified auctions, bidding adapters, and waterfall optimization • Familiarity with traffic quality standards, anti-fraud compliance, and mobile attribution frameworks • Ability to structure and close high-stakes commercial agreements spanning supply and demand • Ability to work autonomously, build pipeline visibility, and deliver against aggressive revenue KPIs • Outstanding presentation, consultative selling, and negotiation skills for C-suite engagements
