📋 Description

• Lead and manage DevOps engineers supporting multiple application and platform teams • Define and implement enterprise DevOps standards, best practices, and governance • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms • Architect and automate cloud infrastructure deployments across Azure and AWS environments • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, and related technologies • Lead Kubernetes strategy, deployment, scaling, and operational management for containerized applications • Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient software delivery • Drive monitoring, observability, incident management, and platform reliability initiatives • Establish deployment, release management, rollback, and disaster recovery processes • Conduct root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts for production incidents • Mentor and coach DevOps engineers and junior team members • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements • Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 7+ years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience • 3+ years leading DevOps teams or enterprise platform engineering initiatives • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD • Deep expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM Templates • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) • Experience with PowerShell, Python, and Bash • Strong knowledge of Linux Administration, Networking, Security Controls, and Cloud Governance • Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Certification, AWS Solutions Architect Certification, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Terraform Certification • Preferred: Experience in enterprise consulting, professional services, or managed services environments • Preferred: Experience supporting regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or professional services • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled DevOps, AIOps, and Platform Engineering practices
