📋 Description

• Own AI projects end to end, from identifying a problem through production deployment and daily adoption • Work across GTM, operations, product, and strategy to identify automation and AI workflow opportunities • Translate undocumented internal processes into scoped specifications and working systems • Gather requirements directly from employees performing the work • Define new processes and tools for emerging business needs • Deploy AI applications using cloud infrastructure and integrate them into the GTM stack • Prioritize a pipeline of AI projects with the hiring manager and GTM leadership • Recommend what to build next and explain the rationale • Connect teams, keep complex initiatives on track, and ensure execution matches intent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications or workflows in a real environment beyond a demo • Hands-on experience with tools such as Workato, HubSpot, Zapier, Claude Code, Vercel, AWS, or similar • Experience leading internal projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience handling competing priorities or shifting requirements • Experience conducting user interviews or gathering requirements directly from end users • Ability to structure data and context for AI systems so outputs are consistent and reliable in production • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to track performance and inform decisions • Motivation, ownership, long-term thinking, and customer focus • Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards and working comfortably with ambiguity • Builder mindset and demonstrated ability to ship useful, adopted solutions
