📋 Description

• Your mission will be to work alongside product, design, data, and other business areas to turn market insights and our users' needs into cutting-edge technological solutions. • Understand the pains and behaviors of the micro and small enterprises (MPEs) that use our product, proposing improvement hypotheses based on data and real feedback. • Collaborate in cross-functional teams (product, design, data, business), translating business requirements into solutions and data flows that ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Prioritize deliveries with a results-oriented mindset, balancing speed and quality; measure the impact of your deliveries using clear metrics (retention, conversion, satisfaction). • Take technical leadership of high-impact projects, proposing creative, resilient, and long-term scalable solutions. • Work end-to-end: from prototyping to instrumentation in production, including automated testing and fast iterations typical of an agile environment.
