📋 Description

• Define and lead design direction across complex, multi-team product areas • Identify high-leverage opportunities and guide teams toward impactful solutions • Partner with product, engineering, data, and leadership to shape strategy and influence roadmaps • Design and oversee cohesive, end-to-end experiences across marketplace, provider, and practice products • Establish and evolve design systems, frameworks, and patterns • Elevate quality through hands-on work, critique, and mentorship • Drive efficient delivery and guide tradeoffs between speed, fidelity, and scalability • Lead integration of AI-native workflows and emerging tools to accelerate concept-to-production cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of leading and delivering high-impact product work across complex, multi-team problem spaces • Strong product judgment and ability to influence strategy and direction • Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste • Deep systems thinking and experience designing across journeys • Experience building scalable, reusable frameworks across a multi-sided ecosystem • Ability to partner with product, engineering, and leadership to drive alignment in ambiguous environments • Track record of shipping at scale and guiding execution tradeoffs • Experience working closely with engineering • Experience leveraging emerging AI-native tools and workflows • History of raising the bar through mentorship, critique, and design leadership
