📋 Description

• Establish address codes for direct and indirect customers in the order to cash and reporting system according to standard operating procedures • Maintain changes and deletions of established accounts while ensuring customer information accuracy and integrity • Investigate licensing and financial responsibility status and contact customers to update registration information • Maintain accurate tax, tax exemption, credit card, and bank data • Provide first-line customer support by phone, email, and Salesforce.com • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision • Recommend, investigate, design, and implement procedural solutions to improve operations • Respond to daily email requests, create payment terms, manage licensing, and run SAP audit checks • Ensure scheduled drug order activities comply with DEA regulations and release eligible hold orders • Assist with Master Data audits • Create and maintain Operational Guides and Documentation for ECC and GTS requirements • Document and communicate business process changes to stakeholders and vendors • Assist with cross-functional integrations, acquisitions, and business transformation projects • Coordinate SAP enhancement testing, UAT for fixes, and data validation for mass uploads with ZTD

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service experience • Ability to work 8:30-5, with ability to work between 8:30-7:00 EST • Knowledge and experience with SAP order to cash system functionality preferred • Audit support experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Phone system and Internet applications expertise; SalesForce.com preferred • Analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak and present customer master specific information to a wide audience • Established understanding of internal and external applications • Problem-solving skills • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Individuals requiring sponsorship must disclose this fact
