📋 Description

• Apply complex operational best practices and procedures to daily activities • Manage and support key office support functions according to Operations Best Practices • Ensure compliance with operational reporting requirements using appropriate monitoring controls • Provide expertise on the claim assignment process and liaise with the Call Center on behalf of the department • Respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally • Provide escalated problem resolution for internal partners and escalate inquiries appropriately • Identify and resolve problems using procedural documentation and reference materials • Develop and implement process improvement ideas to improve functional-area efficiency • Manage databases, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting • Execute and distribute standard metric and Documented Evidence of Review reports • Participate in re-engineering claims technical, administrative, and operational workflows • Partner with Senior Operations Analysts and/or Operations Consultants as part of crop teams • Provide analysis related to reporting and databases managed by the Crop Operations Analyst team • Support platforms and functions including Coupa, Drone operations, Hi Marley, DocuSign, SharePoint, distribution lists, forms, reporting, equipment ordering, and ServiceNow requests

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office area • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to provide expertise and guidance to team members and business partners • Ability to prioritize effectively • Ability to manage numerous recurring and ad hoc responsibilities simultaneously • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Strong customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience in insurance, customer service, multitasking, and crop claims and/or claims operations in the United States • No employment sponsorship offered
