• Lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of Travel Leaders’ Canadian affiliate network • Oversee member services, recruitment, partner relations, marketing, and public relations • Maintain full P&L responsibility for Canada operations • Establish annual recruitment goals, accountability measures, incentive programs, and recruitment campaigns • Lead, coach, and develop the member services team • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive acquisition, growth, and retention • Monitor monthly performance, trends, and KPIs and adjust strategies • Oversee contract renewals and align Affiliate needs with organizational offerings • Plan and execute Affiliate Regionals and key events with the Events team • Analyze market opportunities and negotiate agreements with Canadian preferred suppliers • Provide market intelligence to the executive team • Meet with Canadian suppliers to review performance and propose contract or goal adjustments • Ensure supplier results are accurately reported monthly • Oversee reporting and collection of supplier overrides • Submit supplier revenue forecasts to Finance and adjust monthly projections • Manage the Canadian PR firm partnership and respond to press inquiries when appropriate • Establish an annual communication plan and provide market and product intelligence • Enhance reporting, benchmarking, and analytics for data-driven decision-making • Ensure operational excellence across member-facing sales functions • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, account management, or business development • Travel industry or consortia experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive growth, retention, and profitability • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance management • Expertise in contract negotiation, renewals, and long-term relationship management • Highly analytical with experience leveraging reporting, benchmarking, and data insights to guide decision-making • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Potential eligibility for an incentive, commission, bonus, or discretionary bonus program based on company financial goal achievement and individual performance • Approximately 25% travel opportunity/requirement
