📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage prescription drug coverage and reimbursement for assigned patient cases • Oversee initiation, tracking, and maintenance of reimbursement activities in compliance with policies and regulations • Liaise with insurers, physician offices, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals • Collect, review, and submit documentation to private insurers, public/federal funding programs, and specialty pharmacy services • Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, funding sources, and reimbursement policies • Review and validate patient and healthcare provider information for completeness and eligibility • Provide inbound and outbound telephone support and resolve reimbursement issues • Document case activities, communications, coverage decisions, and outcomes • Provide feedback to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction • Participate in training and development programs • Perform data entry, record maintenance, document scanning/faxing, and filing • Monitor and triage inbound emails, faxes, and other communications • Maintain complete, accurate, and current patient case files in the program CRM • Report patient safety information and product quality complaints according to requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field is required • Minimum 1 year of experience in client services within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance environment • Prior reimbursement-focused experience is a strong asset • Experience handling high call volumes in a customer service or call center setting is preferred • French and English bilingualism is required • Knowledge of public, private, and federal drug coverage systems is an asset • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Comfort using digital systems and databases • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • English proficiency is required • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
