📋 Description

• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with top-performing mortgage brokers in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA) • Provide expert guidance on CMLS products and credit policies • Deliver on-site support, training, and troubleshooting within the broker network • Monitor application lifecycles and collaborate with internal underwriting and risk teams • Structure complex residential applications to meet credit standards • Own territory funding targets and drive consistent growth and high-quality originations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in residential mortgage underwriting or credit analysis • Proactive mindset focused on capturing market share and scaling the territory • Team-oriented approach and understanding of partnership between sales, underwriting, and risk • Robust, existing network within the Vancouver Island broker community • Valid driver’s license • Reliable access to a vehicle • Possession of a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license will be considered an asset
