📋 Description

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Assist members and clients with specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services • Discuss organizational realities with external professionals • Help clients reach their financial goals, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate terms • Prospect for, identify, and develop new business opportunities • Balance member/client satisfaction, profitability, and risk • Stay current on standards, products, and services in the field • Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Drive results • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
