📋 Description

• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events, trade shows, and traditional channels • Develop strategies to improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel, from awareness and consideration through lead capture and handoff to Sales • Track and report key performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, and overall pipeline growth • Create compelling stories, messaging, and content communicating the value of company solutions • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing communications and touchpoints • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and optimize marketing spend for profitability and effectiveness • Direct cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams • Shape marketing strategies that promote core solutions, elevate customer engagement, and establish a differentiated market position

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in relevant marketing roles, including brand management and product management • Proven success designing and managing end-to-end B2B or B2G marketing campaigns • Experience impacting lead generation quality, client acquisition velocity, brand consistency, budget profitability, and revenue pipeline growth • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media • Hands-on experience using advanced AI tools for market research, content drafting, asset optimization, and data analysis • Advanced ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for different target audiences • High technical proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools • Ability to build strong bridges between Product, Sales, and Marketing • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign metrics and improve campaign performance • Experience with ABM strategy, target account expansion, and campaign execution is a plus • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada • Applicants may need to address future immigration sponsorship requirements
