📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and writing of persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of Serefin's products/services. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and insights for proposal and presentation development. • Shape customized proposal content to align with client needs, incorporating relevant case studies, testimonials, and industry-specific data. • Lead the creation and maintenance of a centralized repository of sales enablement materials, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales enablement and proposal writing. • Be a broad resource to the organization on special tasks and assignments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, and/or presentation development. • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to different audience segments. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of general operational concepts to support bringing customers on board • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management tools • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus. • Experience monitoring and submitting through various proposal portals such as Merx and Jaggaer • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
