Description
• Driven to create unique design solutions for Marketing/Branding and In-Game needs • Creative thinker, multitasker, and detail oriented • Excited to take on new and different problems • Excellent written and spoken communicator • Push to find fresh design solutions breaking convention • Collaborate with Marketing and Game Art teams • Present design solutions to teammates and partners, provide rationalization • Listen to, acknowledge, and act on team feedback • Proactively engage with marketing colleagues and teammates • Balance design tasks with longer brand projects
Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years experience in-house creative team or design agency focusing on branding systems • Core design skills including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color • Experience in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional organization • Time management and juggling multiple priorities effectively • Success with distributed teams in different time zones • Skilled in Adobe suite, Miro, Figma, Jira, Frame iO, etc. • Experience with motion graphics or 3D software • Experience playing PC/console shooters like Halo, Fortnite, Apex, COD, Destiny • Resume and portfolio showcasing design skills and aesthetics • Include references and additional information in application
