📋 Description

• Responsible for the strategic and operational management of product categories. • Develop and implement a clear category strategy. • Build and continuously develop a resilient, competitive supplier network. • Conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP) and lead price negotiations. • Manage and develop existing supplier relationships. • Work closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and regional sites on demand planning. • Perform potential analyses to identify cost-reduction levers. • Establish scalable procurement processes for a growing environment. • Standardize workflows in ERP and procurement systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in strategic procurement or category management. • Technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and cost structures in installation materials or comparable categories. • Experience conducting tenders (RFQ/RFP) and leading complex price negotiations. • Proven track record in identifying and implementing cost-down initiatives. • Strong data-driven and analytical working style. • Structured, independent working approach in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. • Excellent communication and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience with ERP systems and modern procurement tools. • Negotiation-level German and English (C-level proficiency).
