📋 Description

• Own Heat as a product, including space heating, hot water, and cooling • Define the direction and priorities for Heating & Cooling • Own the product strategy and roadmap across markets • Define customer outcomes and KPIs for comfort, cost, control, and reliability • Translate hardware and field constraints into product requirements • Drive thermal optimization on the Energy Management System • Align hardware, the Energy Management System, and customer experience • Write specifications, run discovery, prioritize work, and ship products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with hardware-software products, energy, HVAC, or similarly physical systems • Track record of owning a customer outcome across more than one engineering team • Comfortable working at the intersection of OEM interfaces, optimization, and customer UX • Excellent command of English and German • Based in Germany or willing to relocate • Bonus: Experience with heat pumps, SG Ready, EEBUS, Modbus, or OEM cloud APIs • Bonus: Field or installer experience • Bonus: Experience with thermal optimization or HEMS for heat pumps • Bonus: Experience with heating and cooling products across more than one country
