Description
As the Partner Program Manager, you will help build 1Passwords Partner Program, and support the ongoing evolution of the program as well as other key parts of the Partners experience. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. The Annual base salary for this role is between $97,000 USD and $131,000 USD (USA-based roles) or between $86,000 CAD and $116,000 CAD (Canada-based roles). Occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience of program management with proven success in building channel, alliance and services partner programs, and implementing successful change with global business processes • Practical go-to-market experience with a deep understanding of the experiences had with typical users of partner relationship management tools • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Proven ability to lead and execute on projects that involve alignment and collaboration across disciplines and crafts • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in partner relationship management software
