📋 Description
• Counsel and guide candidates regarding suitable job and career opportunities. • Engage with prospective candidates through calls, messages, and follow-ups. • Convert leads into successful enrollments, applications, or closures. • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply; prior experience in a target-driven environment is an advantage. • Gender: Only Female candidates are eligible to apply • Prior experience in counseling, recruitment, sales, tele calling, student guidance, or career counseling. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
