📋 Description

• Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or territory • Manage the sales territory with regular supervision • Request or receive assistance when handling situations requiring greater or different experience or knowledge • Manage key accounts including BOE, HKC, new energy power batteries, low-altitude economy, and automotive OEMs • Introduce 3M adhesive materials to key customers • Track the supply chain and ensure end-to-end business closure from specification-in to sell-in, order receipt, and sell-out

🎯 Requirements

• Basic sales experience • Demonstrated ability to apply basic selling skills • Ability to manage a sales territory with regular supervision • Education and work history must be provided in the application, either by uploading a resume or entering the information directly • Expected to follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous EHS improvement
