• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Responsible for covering the assigned territory, establishing/building/managing relationships with end users, and distributors • Representing the entire PSD product portfolio • Achieve sales objectives by providing sales coverage of accounts within the assigned territory • Effectively manages assigned territory • Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage with manager’s assistance • Develops tactics and coordinates efforts to fulfill quarterly and annual objectives • Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establish new objectives • Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans • Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product applications • Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects • Provides appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma and eight (8) years of safety or industrial sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Current, valid Driver’s License • Safety Industry experience • Personal Protective Equipment Selling through Industrial Distribution experience • Selling into end user companies experience • Competent in utilizing selling skills • Strong organizational skills, while working independently • Effective time & territory management skills • Strong use of Personal Computer software, and on-line sales support systems • Experience with listed personal safety product categories. • Bilingual- English/Spanish strongly preferred.
