• Develop and drive business opportunities with end-users in the Fabricated Metal, Transportation, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and related industries. • Introduce and promote new products (NPI) to the market and end-users to accelerate product adoption and business growth. • Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers (CAM) and Application Engineers (AE) to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sustainable business growth and sales targets. • Manage and promote the full range of abrasive products serving the Fabricated Metal, Transportation, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and related industries.
• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Preferred experience of Sales or abrasive market. • Demonstrated ability to adapt well to a collaborative team environment and organizational culture. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
