📋 Description

• Effective account management • Build good relationships with customer accounts for ongoing business • Follow up on sales and trade program with designated accounts • Handle customers’ inquiries • Process customers’ transactions in an accurate and timely manner • Identify and explore new business opportunities • Provide professional after-sales services • Performance evaluation based on sales, return rate, collections, sales of specific products

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience • Past experience in the optical industry will be an advantage • Degree / Diploma holder in Business Studies or related discipline • Korean - Native speaker • English - fluent
