• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts within the geographical area • Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales within the assigned market • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge
• Business related degree preferable but not essential • Demonstrable experience in sales or account management, preferably within the collision repair industry • Experience in distribution sales management • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of the Irish collision repair market and industry trends • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft office and CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
