• Achieve sales objectives through independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or territory • Manage sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance • Request or receive assistance for situations requiring greater or different experience or knowledge • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and participate in continuous improvement

• Experience in sales • Demonstrated effective use of selling skills • Consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period • Ability to independently manage assigned accounts or sales territory • Education and work history must be provided via resume or application fields • Ability to follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
