📋 Description

• Facilitate communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations • Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, high-quality client code • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools • Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients • Execute complex activities according to methodology and quality standards across engagements • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate problems, and iterate on solutions • Participate in agile software development, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities • Participate in the Engineering Practice community and mentor others through Communities of Practice or project teams • Drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization through deployment • Provide technical responsibility for delivered solutions and participate in account-level architecture activities • Help remove delivery roadblocks and drive client-value initiatives • Partner with PDM to improve processes, ensure delivery success, and raise project risks • Perform requirements analysis, coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience/expertise in Java 11, EclipseLink or similar Hibernate, JSF2, Bootstrap, CSS3, Oracle DB, AWS, Ansible, and Jenkins • Strong experience with Java 8 or Java 11 • Willingness to work on UI tasks using JSF • Experience with JPA implementation such as Hibernate or EclipseLink • Experience with relational databases, web frameworks, and Maven/Gradle • Unit testing experience • Technical responsibility over delivered solutions • Cross-team involvement with 3Pillar and client teams • Involvement in account-level architectural activities • Ability to help teams remove delivery roadblocks • Experience driving initiatives that provide client value beyond day-to-day activities • Ability to partner with PDM to improve processes, ensure delivery success, and raise project risks • Additional desired experience with Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS3, Ansible or Chef, JBoss/WildFly, JSF2 or PrimeFaces, Oracle DB, AWS, and CloudFormation
