📋 Description

• Source, negotiate, and purchase IT hardware, software, and services • Manage end-to-end global procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and maintenance contracts • Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors and service providers • Coordinate with IT teams to understand technical requirements and demand forecasts • Track purchase orders, deliveries, renewals, and asset lifecycle • Prepare and maintain procurement data in Tracker and vendor management systems • Deliver value and competitive advantage to the IT business through customer satisfaction, project execution, value improvement, and innovation • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives • Register newly procured assets in ZOHO, including laptops, desktops, mobiles, switches, routers, and UPS devices • Follow up with vendors on delivery and explore cost-effective business and data-management options • Work with IT, finance, legal, and vendors to support business and technology objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills • Strong analytical capability with experience in structured data, pricing, tariffs, or cost models • Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn bespoke calculation tools • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation • Confident communicator able to engage professionally with global external stakeholders • Proven problem solver comfortable interpreting complex or ambiguous tariff structures • Ability to manage high volume workloads at pace without compromising quality • Experience with IT, data, or business intelligence tools • Exposure to port operations, logistics, or maritime services desirable • 2-3 years of IT hardware experience • Experience with global procurement • Degree or equivalent • 3-4 years of experience, SQL and advanced Excel • Satisfactory references • Valid Right to Work documentation depending upon geographical location
