📋 Description
• Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services while ensuring cost efficiency • Managing end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and maintenance contracts • Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors and service providers • Coordinate with IT teams to understand technical requirements and demand forecasts • Track purchase orders, deliveries, renewals, and asset lifecycle • Preparing and Maintaining procurement data in Tracker and Vendor management. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives • Registering newly procured Asset in ZOHO (Laptop, Desktop, Mobile, Switches, Routers & UPS).
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of IT hardware experience • Degree of equivalent • Strong analytical capability with experience in structured data, pricing, tariffs, or cost models • Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn bespoke calculation tools • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation • Experience with IT, data, or business intelligence tools • Exposure to port operations, logistics, or maritime services would be desirable.
