Description

• Design and develop cutting edge software using modern platform innovations. • Communicate with clients and other teams to determine requirements and create solution plans. • Provide technical leadership to the Software Team. • Evaluate and recommend coding standards and processes. • Collaborate with professionals to determine requirements for new software. • Oversee development teams throughout project lifecycle. • Optimize software application performance and security. • Ensure regulatory compliance and document architectural design. • Continuously assess and improve software architecture, processes, and technologies.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma with 8+ years relevant work experience • Experience with designing scalable Java web applications • Experience with Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB • Professional fluency in tools like github, Jenkins, Jira • Experience in Agile methodologies • Additional advantage: Cloud platform knowledge, MicroServices Architecture, Big Data/Machine Learning, experience with Banking/Payment switching, JavaScript/React/Redux, Spring Technologies, DOCKER • Excellent time management, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to mentor, work under pressure, multi-task, and continuously learn • Personal attributes: Team player, self-motivated, initiative-taker, delivery focused, attention to detail, professionalism, organizational and leadership skills
