Description
• Develop budgets and conduct monthly forecasting • Prepare financial reporting packages • Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement • Implement process and policy improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field • 6 or more years experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting • Experience in financial or professional services sector • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Familiarity with accounting/budgeting/planning applications and Business Intelligence tools • Advanced Excel skills • Extensive understanding of financial trends and general market patterns • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel • Ability to work effectively across departments and all levels of an organization • Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to work with changing priorities and global team members
