• Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit • Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand their staffing needs • Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific Business Associates positions • Provide a positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate records of candidate information
• 1-2 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience • Focus on administrative, operations, business, or generalist positions • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
