📋 Description

• Drive visibility and understanding of the Automation and Process Industries installed base across Business Lines • Define lifecycle and segmentation approaches to identify growth opportunities, risks, and modernization needs • Identify and accelerate automation modernization opportunities across the installed base • Promote lifecycle-management best practices and facilitate cross-functional alignment and standardization • Partner with Product Management, Service, and Business Line teams to develop scalable lifecycle offerings • Lead the evolution and growth of the ASM and Care portfolio • Drive ASM adoption and expansion with Product Management, Service teams, and Business Lines • Establish governance and visibility for contracts and renewals • Lead the Care & ASM workstream within the DCS Recovery Program • Define priorities, KPIs, governance, and stakeholder alignment • Drive initiatives that increase Care penetration, ASM adoption, and installed-base protection • Drive a consistent service portfolio structure and value proposition across Process Industries • Improve service delivery, portfolio adoption, and operational excellence • Support value-based customer engagements and scalable service solutions • Define and monitor KPIs for lifecycle growth and service excellence • Track Care, ASM, modernization, renewals, and pipeline performance • Use data-driven insights to identify improvements and drive corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within Industrial Automation, ideally gained over many years working with automation systems, lifecycle services, modernization programs, or service portfolio management • Strong understanding of creating long-term value from an installed base • Ability to translate strategy into measurable business results • Commercially minded leadership with strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Ability to navigate complex, global matrix organizations • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority • Strong relationship-building, alignment, and change-driving capabilities • Customer-centric mindset focused on outcomes and value • Ability to discuss portfolio strategy with senior leaders and work with operational teams • Proactive and structured approach with strong ownership • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Fluent English required • Additional languages are an advantage
