📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the customer portfolio through structured action plans, the ABB CRM system, and performance indicator tracking • Drive specification and recommendation of ABB solutions with engineering consultancies and design offices • Collaborate with the Segment Manager and develop the distribution network • Promote ABB variable speed drives and develop the HVAC-R, data center, food and beverage, water, industrial, and OEM machinery markets • Support the launch of new products across the assigned territory • Identify customer needs and negotiate commercial and legal contracts with internal support • Maintain the CRM system and contribute to optimizing processes and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum three years of higher education), ideally combining commercial and technical expertise • At least five years of proven experience • Fluent in English • Proficient with IT and digital tools for customer tracking and quotation preparation • Comfortable with business development, including a significant prospecting component (approximately 50% of the role) • Electrical and chemical risk safety certification preferred
