📋 Description

• Lead payroll and employee lifecycle transformation projects across multiple countries • Drive local country discovery activities to understand current processes and define future-state solutions • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration • Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and support solution design • Oversee testing activities, payroll validations, and go-live readiness • Support change management, training, and transition into operational support • Ensure compliance with local legislation, payroll regulations, and company policies • Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive project management experience within payroll, HR transformation, or shared services environments • Fluency in English and Swedish • Solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes • Experience supporting organizations operating across Nordic countries • Proven experience leading payroll implementation projects in complex, multinational organizations • Strong experience with Workday, including payroll-related processes and integrations • Experience with global and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Willingness to travel occasionally for key workshops and project milestones • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
