📋 Description

• Develop the hospital and laboratory channel prospecting and leading conversations with strategic and potential customers • Coordinate field work with distributor’s sales force to reach and grow business in strategic accounts • Negotiate terms, prices and make proposals to acquire new customers and expand current business • Forecast management to guarantee product availability to achieve customer needs and business goals anticipating epidemiological trends • Propose and collaborate with marketing different initiatives to make our brand relevant with customers and HCPs • Stakeholder mapping and management at all strategic accounts to strengthen our business partnership • Full management and follow up to all direct and indirect accounts to meet customer needs and business development • Develop and manage sales funnel using sales force

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in prospection and account development of Hospital and Laboratories • Business development through indirect sales with the distributor • Negotiating prices and commercial conditions with customers • Account Mapping and key stakeholder management • Experience in POC, Rapid diagnosis, medical device/diagnostics preferred • Experience with Sales Force • Fluent in English (80%) • Ability to travel during working time, may include overnight/weekend travel
