• Execute the role of Onco-Hematology Consultant with excellence, implementing Marketing and Sales strategies across the states of Bahia, Sergipe, and Alagoas • Promote a portfolio of high therapeutic value, helping ensure that patients with cancer and hematological diseases have access to clinically impactful treatments while upholding strong ethics and compliance standards • Develop and adapt the brand strategy for your territory in partnership with the Brand Manager, MSLs, and Access Managers • Identify the key drivers of results for major accounts • Continuously build market intelligence supported by AI-generated insights • Work with other members of the In-Field team to ensure execution of engagement plans • Monitor performance and results, analyze business KPIs, and create mitigation plans to course-correct
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry generating demand and interacting with physicians and health insurance providers, preferably in Hematology or Oncology • Experience with public and private health systems • Experience in market analysis and business management, with the ability to use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to optimize analyses, administrative and financial processes, and strategic territory planning • Valid driver's license (CNH)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a health-related field • Intermediate proficiency in English
