• Expand our partner network • Strengthen strategic connections • Monitor each stage of the commercial process • Prospect new partners: Real estate agencies, construction companies, advisory firms, consultancies and other businesses • Visit partners and clients • Collect documents from Partners or Clients • Oversee contract signings with the end client and sales representatives • Conduct training sessions for Partners • Track and register proposals in the system, as well as organize documents, attach them to the system and follow up on required documentation • Submit weekly and monthly reports: mileage reimbursement spreadsheets, partner spreadsheet, pipeline and weekly planning
• University degree completed • Experience in sales/commercial roles • Experience with real estate lending (mortgage) and knowledge of real estate documentation • Strong communication skills • Organized • Good interpersonal skills • Commitment and results-oriented • Dynamic and determined
